Biography
Meet Emma
Emma Windham is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Kansas City native who is honored to be joining KC Skin and Cancer Center. She is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based dermatologic care to the Kansas City community and building lasting relationships with her patients.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2015 and graduated from the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) Physician Assistant Program in 2019. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2019, with experience in both primary care and dermatology. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) and is enrolled in the Legacy of Excellence program.
Emma developed her experience in dermatology while working at a federally qualified health center, where she practiced primary care and received training from board-certified dermatologists. This experience allowed her to develop a strong foundation in diagnosing and managing a variety of dermatologic conditions. At KC Skin and Cancer Center, Emma provides medical dermatology services, including skin cancer screenings and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic skin conditions.
Outside of medicine, Emma enjoys making art, playing golf, and spending time with her family.”
